Ingrid Guth received her Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley, where she graduated with high honors and was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. After eight years in the business world, she returned to school at San Francisco State University to earn a teaching credential in History and English.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, Ms. Guth taught American and World History at Culver City High School where she also taught a special class for students with limited English proficiency. She has been at Milken since 1995 and has developed and taught Advanced Placement courses in European History and World History. Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year, Ms. Guth has directed the school's WISE internship program for second semester seniors.
