Nick Holton was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, just off of the coast of Lake Michigan. After graduating from Rockford High School in 2001 he moved to Lansing, MI where he attended Michigan State University. While there, he received his bachelors degree in the field of History in 2005 and his secondary teacher certification in the fields of History, Social Studies and the Academic Studies of Religion in 2007. He has also spent the past 6 years coaching both boys and girls soccer at various age and
competitive levels.
This is Mr. Holton's 3rd year of teaching and has taught numerous subjects in the past including U.S. History, Government, Civics, Geography, Non-Western History and Economics.
This year he will be teaching Modern World Jewish History II and coaching with the girls varsity soccer program.
He is not only passionate about teaching and his students but also very excited to be part of the Milken Community!
