Roger Kassebaum

Director of Mitchell Academy of Science and Technology

roger_kassebaum.jpgRoger Kassebaum teachs Honors Science Research at MCHS. He also serves as the Director of the Mitchell Academy for Science and Technology.

Roger has a BS and MS in Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska. The 2010-2011 school year will be his 33rd year as a science teacher and his eleventh year on the MCHS staff.

Mr. Kassebaum has been honored with a Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Radio Shack National Educator award, and the Milken National Educator award.
Mr. Kassebaum's passion is in challenging students to "go deep" in science. His hope is that each student will be challenged to push their understanding to the highest level possible.
